I was very impressed with the way Linda (Webster) handled the sale of my house. I tried to sell my home on my own at first, and it became a real headache. Once I listed my home with Linda, I never had a worry. She was ahead of the game at every stage, and there were no issues she could not handle. David (Santos) is great to work with! He really put the time in and went the extra mile to make things convenient, even driving the purchase and sale agreement to my workplace so I could sign it. He was incredible patient while I looked at several homes, and spent a long time in each--sometimes viewing the same home multiple times. Highly recommended. 

David (Santos) went far more than the extra mile in helping us sell our home (to the first buyer he showed it to, and for more money than he cautioned us to expect). He was a pleasure in all aspects, even being willing to go to the property to let repair people in so we didn't have to make a special trip into town. 


I bought my home in Southampton through Meredith (Carroll). The listing realtor was a bit distracted, so Meredith did pretty much everything, even through the mortgage process. I offered quite a bit less and it took some verbal work to get it done, but she did it. I went through the house several times after the P&S, to make plans for renovating, and she was always happy to meet me there and let me in. There was a legal glitch at the last minute, but Meredith was on the phone for a couple of days and, a few hours late, we got it all done. She's come by since then to check on my progress. No plans to sell, but when I do, I'll call Meredith first.

My wife and I were first time home buyers, and we were extremely happy working with Mo (Maureen Borg), who did an awesome job walking us through the process one step at a time! She knew exactly what we were looking for in a house, has a great eye/imagination, and un-matched knowledge of the area. We looked forward to seeing Mo every time we went to go look at houses and frankly, we were a little sad when we actually bought a house because that meant we weren't going to see her much again (until the next house that is!). I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent, and believe she is very astute, knowledgeable (in many ways), responsive, honest and a pleasure to work with both professionally and personally.

I highly recommend Maureen (Borg). She not only holds herself to high professional standards, but she has a vast knowledge of the area, and home construction. She has a background in engineering and construction, thus making her an asset to have when searching for or selling a home. My partner and I, felt very well taken care of and are very happy in our new home. We also, appreciated that she went out of her way to work within our tough time schedules and then walked us through the sometimes intense buying process.

Maureen Borg is the best. My former wife and I engaged her to sell a vacation home in the foothills west of Northampton. This is not an easy market, especially for second homes. We had already gone through two experienced brokers over the space of three years who had failed to get even one offer. Maureen was professional, knowledgeable, and hopeful. She set a reasonable price and marketed the property extensively. When we did begin to get showings and offers she was always on-site, even though the property was fairly remote. Maureen also helped us find reputable service providers for things that needed addressing like septic, radon-testing, minor repairs, etc. Financing was a big challenge: there were a number of features about the property that made it unusual, and banks don't like unusual. Maureen worked creatively with us and the buyers to help make a deal. She was always available by text or phone, which was very important since we were not local. There were no times when we felt out of touch with her. Finally, this sale was as a result of a highly conflictual divorce. Maureen had to negotiate not only between buyer and seller but also between the two of us sellers. She did so with great grace and humor. She was superb at managing expectations--an area that trips up many brokers. I would strongly recommend Maureen to anyone considering selling a home.

It always felt as if I were his (Phil Pless') only client. Throughout many months of negotiations he was always immediately responsive to my endless questions and concerns. It is doubtful as to whether I would be now sitting in my dream home today were it not for Phil.

I have bought and sold many homes with Phil (Pless) so obviously I must like him to continue working with him. He just helped my wife and i through a pretty anxious time selling our primary residence. (I also bought that house through Phil!)
