Looking at the 3rd quarter for this year compared to last calculate a nice 28.3% increase in Hampshire County and 27.2% increase in Franklin County. Sale prices fluctuate a little as condominium sales in Hampshire County and dropped by 2.43%, however, single family sale prices rose by 8.5%.
